We also have two providers offering overnight care, Lela’s Daycare and Stay and Play Daycare, and both currently have openings!
What is FFW-37?
Family-Friendly Workplace-37 is a certification program that recognizes Phelps County employers who go the extra mile for the families on their team. When a business makes it easier for employees to care for their kids, show up for their families, and stay connected to their community, everyone benefits. Those businesses keep good people longer, attract new talent, and help our towns grow stronger.
FFW-37 was built for rural and small-town workplaces like ours. It celebrates the practical, everyday ways local employers support their people, and it treats those efforts for what they really are: an investment in our local workforce and economy. Certification is $50 for large businesses (15 or more full time employees) and $25 for small businesses, and once certified, your business is recognized as a place where families are valued.
FFW-37 is made possible through a partnership between the Holdrege Area Early Childhood Partnership, the Holdrege Chamber of Commerce, the Phelps County Development Corporation, Lincoln Federal Savings Bank Member FDIC, and the Phelps County Community Foundation as the fiscal agent.
